1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Tracking Device Detector ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Tracking Device Detector is a mobile application that scans for nearby Bluetooth devices to help identify potential tracking devices. The App provides:

• Bluetooth device scanning
• Device type identification
• Signal strength monitoring
• Suspicious device filtering (Premium feature)

3. Free and Premium Features

Free Version:

• 5-minute cooldown between scans
• Limited access to device details
• Basic device list (blurred)

Premium Version:

• Unlimited device scans
• Full access to signal meter
• Suspicious device filter
• No cooldown timers

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Premium features are available through auto-renewable subscriptions. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings.

5. Limitations and Disclaimers

Important: The App is designed to detect Bluetooth devices, but cannot guarantee:

• Detection of all tracking devices
• Accurate identification of device types
• That detected devices are tracking devices
• Your complete safety or security

The App is a tool to assist you but should not be solely relied upon for security purposes.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the App only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or modify the App
• Not interfere with other users' access to the App
• Grant necessary permissions (Bluetooth, Location) for the App to function

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the App.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
