1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Sewly application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. License to Use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the App on your iOS device for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms of Use.

3. Description of Service

Sewly is an AI-assisted sewing companion. It generates sewing plans, repair guidance, and coaching answers based on photos and information you provide. Generated content is produced by artificial intelligence and is provided for informational and educational purposes.

4. Subscriptions

Sewly's AI features require a paid subscription ("Sewly Pro").

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the displayed price.
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings at any time.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

5. Fair Use

AI plan generation is subject to fair-use limits to keep the service fast and available for everyone. We may throttle or limit generation requests that exceed reasonable personal use.

6. AI-Generated Content

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any generated plan. Measurements, yardage estimates, and technique suggestions should be verified against your own materials before cutting or sewing.

7. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• The photos and information you submit to the App
• Using tools and equipment referenced by the App safely
• Using the App in accordance with applicable laws and regulations
• Maintaining the security of your device

You agree not to submit photos that are unlawful, harmful, or infringe the rights of others.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

We do not warrant that the App will meet your specific requirements, be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that results obtained from the App will be accurate or reliable.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, materials, or other intangible losses resulting from your use or inability to use the App, including damage to fabrics, garments, or equipment resulting from following generated instructions.

10. Modifications to the App

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any features within it at any time without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the App.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Use at any time. Your continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Use.

12. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain rights to the photos you submit; plans generated for you may be used for your personal projects freely.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms of Use.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Use, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the use of the App.
