By downloading, installing, or using the Mira application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the App on your iOS device for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms of Use and the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
Mira is a wellness and tracking tool for people who live with migraine. It lets you log attacks, complete daily check-ins, keep a journal, and view a personal risk forecast that is calculated on your device using your own data together with local weather information. The App also offers an optional AI assistant that provides general information.
IMPORTANT: Mira is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The forecasts, insights, prevention tips, and assistant responses are general informational estimates only. They are not a substitute for professional medical care. Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare provider with any questions about a medical condition, and never disregard professional medical advice because of something you read in the App. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services.

Mira offers auto-renewable subscriptions that unlock the App's full features. Pricing and the available plans are shown in the App before purchase.
Purchases and refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
The optional AI assistant generates responses automatically and may produce information that is incomplete or inaccurate. It is provided for general support only and must not be relied upon as medical, legal, or professional advice. Do not include information that could identify you in your messages.
The App and its original features, content, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The data you create remains yours and stays on your device.
You agree not to misuse the App, including attempting to reverse engineer it, interfere with its operation, use it for any unlawful purpose, or attempt to extract data from any service it connects to.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that its estimates will meet your expectations or be accurate for your individual circumstances.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of or inability to use the App, or from reliance on any information it provides.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any of its features at any time without notice. We shall not be liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the App.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Use at any time. Your continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
These Terms of Use, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the App.
